1. Membership Overview

The AutoGlow Membership is a monthly vehicle maintenance program designed to keep your vehicle clean and protected year-round. Membership includes one (1) interior and exterior detail per month, priority scheduling, and exclusive member pricing on additional AutoGlow services.

Membership benefits apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

2. Initial Detail Requirement

All new members are required to complete an initial detail service before beginning monthly maintenance services. This ensures the vehicle is brought to a proper baseline condition so that future maintenance details can be completed within the membership structure.

The initial detail fee will be charged at the time of signup.

3. Monthly Billing

Membership is billed monthly through automatic payment. By enrolling, you authorize AutoGlow to charge your card on file each month until membership is canceled.

If a payment fails, membership benefits will be paused until payment is successfully processed.

4. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

The AutoGlow Membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment.

Members may cancel at any time; however, if the membership is canceled within the first 12 months, a $240 early cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer portal.

5. Scheduling & Priority Booking

Members receive priority scheduling, meaning members are given the earliest available appointments and may be eligible for recurring monthly appointments at the same day/time when available.

Appointments must be requested through the member booking form. While we prioritize members, specific dates and times are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

6. Service Usage

Membership includes one (1) detail per month. Unused monthly services do not roll over to future months.

Membership services are intended for maintenance-level cleaning. If a vehicle requires excessive time due to heavy soiling, pet hair, stains, sap, mud, sand, etc., additional charges may apply with customer approval before service begins.

7. Additional Vehicles

Additional vehicles may be added to the membership at the current additional vehicle rate. Each vehicle requires its own membership.

8. Member Pricing Benefits

Active members receive 10% off additional AutoGlow services including:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)
  • Ceramic Coatings
  • Window Tint
  • Additional detailing services
  • Services on additional vehicles

Discounts apply only while membership is active.

9. Appointment Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the monthly service being forfeited.

10. Vehicle Condition

Membership is designed for vehicles that are maintained regularly. Vehicles with excessive neglect, biohazards, excessive pet hair, or heavy staining may require additional charges or may not qualify for the membership program.

11. Service Area (For Mobile Appointments)

Mobile services are available within our service area. If a location is outside our service area, a travel fee may apply.

12. Changes to Membership

AutoGlow reserves the right to update membership pricing or benefits with a 30-day notice to active members. Existing members will be notified before any changes take effect.

13. Liability

AutoGlow will document vehicle condition with before and after photos. AutoGlow is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in the vehicle.

14. Agreement

By enrolling in the AutoGlow Membership, you agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
